ANNOUNCING A MAJOR INCREASE IN YOUR LIFE INSURANCE

The Board of Trustees of the Painters & Allied Trades
District Council #35 Health Fund is pleased to announce
that effective April 1, 2009, your Life insurance will
increase from $25,000 to $50,000 and your Accidental
Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance coverage will
increase from $25,000 to $50,000.

This means, if you are eligible for health coverage
through the Painters & Allied Trades D.C. #35 Health Plan and
you die from natural causes, your beneficiary will
receive $50,000 of life insurance.  In addition, if you
die accidently, your beneficiary will receive an 
additional $50,000 for a total death benefit of $100,000. 

The Board of Trustees strive to offer a first rate plan
of benefits; they are pleased to be able to provide you
with this increase in your life and accidental death
insurance.
